Oh yes its the end of us,

You asked what is the use of such a love,

Which never gave any happiness;

Lets forget we were, a set

But wait,

What to do with the love i have in me for you,

How do i get rid, of these?

What to do with the memories of you,me and love,

How do i get these feelings to freeze?

Does the love end after a break up?

After having a conversation with someone very close, i started to wonder what happens to love, after break-up? When you love someone and you break-up where does the love go? Does it go away, with that very special person?

Isn't it an absurd question, where will the love go?,can it walk or run! Imagine you are in a relationship, you nurture it, with your Soul, Time, love, Energy, Affection and Care and one day all of it, is gone.

Those special feelings-"the first walk with that special person, the first bike ride when you hugged your partner, the time you spent holding each others hands, the naughty smile you exchanged, the first gift you chose for that special one of yours and many more".These special feelings were only with that special person of yours which have become special memories now.There would be many more special feelings with them.

These special feelings are for only that person which don't go suddenly.These remain with you, haunt you more and they are directionless.They have no place to go, the person for whom you have the feelings don't need them anymore and they just wander around that person in despair.

So its clear, you may move on,but love for that special person doesn't go anywhere. It remains with you till you die. So what do you do with this feeling?Its difficult to have these special feelings and not do anything about it.

My best found answer is, You may channelize these feelings into something you believe in, get obsessed with that hobby of yours, you may start writing, start travelling, anything which you feel truly about and your love, for that special person can be kept alive, within you by doing it. "Easier said than done". But its also true when you are not doing anything like your sleeping, that wandering feeling faintly haunts you.

Its your weakness for that person,which breaks you, so make that person your strength. Keeping these feelings, near you is always hurting but ignoring them now hiding it in, can only get you into pain every time you remember that special feeling related to that special person.
